Posted an item on craigslist. He emailed that he sent a suspended payment to Paypal in excess of the agreed price to cover shipping. We were to send a money order or certified check to the shipping agent to cover the shipping. No payment was made to Paypal. They were just trying to scam the seller out of $500-600. Do not send money to the Phillip Robertson shipping agent.
