I ordered online [email protected] as i thought this was a genuine Links of London website. When i recieved my goods they'd come from China which i had no inkling they were coming from there. Aparrently China well known for fake Links of London charms. The items were a gift and when i recieved them there were no markings actually on the charms. All packaging seemed genuine but i'm unsure if there even real silver. I ordered a wedge shoe charm and instead was sent high heel and on one of charms its link is open. Totally not happy wif order and have emailed company three times now asking for full refund and their return address but had nothing back from them. Please can you advise and help i paid via visa credit card. Thankyou
