Purchased 2 tickets to a seminar in San Diego. Come the day prior to the seminar i attempted to call and cancel my registration (as explained in notice on payment page). I was unable to reach anyone that day, so i attempted to call again the next morning before the start time of seminar.

I then reached someone yesterday after holiday weekend to cancel and be refunded. Spoke to Masako Omine the Director of Enrollment for www.NLP.com, she told me that i needed to provide her with my phone records and that would be the only contingency before refund. After promptly sending phone records as proof i was told that my request for refund was denied.

I feel as though ive been wronged, and would like to be refunded. Not only was a treated poorly and rudely i was offered to reschedule which i later learned was an option.

Its not about the money, its the principle.

Thank you.
