I would like to file a complaint against "Ellie Buford" from whom I purchased a 27" imac computer via craigslist. SHe suggested we use a third party site (collect plus canada)

So that I would have control over my money and she would be able to have control over the computer. As soon as the money was sent via western union to "Konstantin Alder" I lost communication with both Ms. Buford and Collect plus Canada.
