n o bill of sale was included with the product only the product. they advertised a fee of 1.39 usd for a free trial period.they sent the free sample and also included the complete program.i phoned and asked for a refund they refused . i then cancelled the contract,which they confirmed by email.

i just received another shipment today and i didnt even open it. t then foned mastercard and stpped payment on all future shiopments.
Update: 10/14/2013
after canceling for further shipments i got billed for 4 more shipments of which i received only 3 shipments. i treturned the last shipment for which they said i would be credited for 50.00 and i would not be billed opr sent any more shipments
