I signed up for a trial offer in June of 2013 with what was supposed to be only shipping and handling for a months supply....something under $4 with the promise that I could cancel within one month and never be charged for anything more. Within 5 days of getting my trial I cancelled going through the same sight I accepted the offer from. I did not like the product and most certainly couldnt afford it.
Last night I was visiting my mom at the address they had shipped my product to since they wouldnt ship to a PO BOX only to find two more packets from them. I called first thing this morning thinking they would accept their mistake and allow me to send the packets back and get my money back but they refuse to take back more than one of them because of some 30 day policy they have......then i was informed that they had in fact charged me 3 payments of $89 because even the trial one that was supposed to be free and the only reason i ever even tried this product was now somehow $89 since I never cancelled they say.
I DID cancell. I am 100% sure of this. Why would I pay for a product I dont even use and specially for the absolute highest price possible. most products of this nature are less than one third iof their price.
Also charging me for the initial trial pack is absolutely a slap in the face.
Can they really get away with this?

- IT HAPPENED TO ME IN JUNE. I WOULD HAVE NEVER THOUGHT THEY COULD GET AWAY WITH IT. MY BANK SAYS THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING. I AM AFRAID TO BUT ANYTHING ONLINE NOW, AND NEVER DO THEY GIVE FREE TRIAL OFFERS ANYMORE. EVEN DR. OZ ENDORSES THE PRODUCT ALONG WITH GARCINIA. NEITHER ARE WORTH THE S/H CHARGES MUCH LESS THE OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNTS THEY STEAL FROM US. (Content Removed)
