I ordered (unknowingly) the "trial" introductory offer and my credit card was pretty much immediately debited. Two weeks later an amount of $72 approx was charged to my credit card and I had not received any product at all (not even the trial). I emailed them straight away and they cancelled my accopunt so I did not receive any more. I requested that my money be returned and numerous emails later I am still waiting. They said a check was in the mail !!! Then I referred to their so called T & C's that stated "Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering" Yeah right...... I have learnt a very valuable lesson 1. Be happy in the way we look and go old gracefully. There is no miracle cream out there and if it is too good to be true, it probably is.....
