I ordered sample skin care products to AuraVie and received the package early June. Then, my credit card was charged $97.88 on June 18 by the unknown company "SKINSH." By contacting the credit card company, I got phone number of SKINSH and I found out it was the same company as AuraVie. When I called AuraVie, a customer rep told me that I agreed terms and conditions that I will continue subscribing products, by just ordering a sample shipment. If I want to have refund, I need to have a proof from US Postal Service. So, I faxed email from Postal Service saying "it is very difficult to determine what may have happened. Therefore, I am unable to provide a definitive reason as to the loss of your important mailing."

Also, AuraVie charged another $97.88 in July and I did not receive any package. Without receiving package, I even did not have a chance to return the package.

I want to have full refund.
