This company is a total Scam.
I paid this company $150 for their debit card scam and they never funded the debit card after more than 100 ignored emails and the balance in my account has been converted from $500 to $0. This is a copy of the email ad from enumbered.

Our eNumbered debit card enables you to withdraw your e-cash from any ATM in the world. To obtain the debit card, simply fund your account with $150 and then submit a support ticket with your shipping address and eNumbered username.
Funding options currently include Bitcoin (best), Western Union and wire transfer.
We look forward to serving you.
