I went onto Software Pros.com website and signed up for the best deal of 3 yrs for $19.96. I only received a welcome email and no receipt. I then suprisingly went to my bank account to check my balnce and saw that $96.96 was taken. I tried to contact them and get my refund, and I was told since I accessed the software which was FREE AVZ, I used the service and cannot get a refund.
All the service did was give me free download info that I could have gotten on my own.
Someone stop these thiefs please!!!
