I purchased a trail of both products on the 15/08/2013. The trial lasted 2 weeks and on the 27/08/2013 I called customer services to cancel the trials as i had heard bad reviews and what a scam it was ( I haven't even trialed the tablets ). I was told on the phone I had purchased these on the 14/08 even though my bank account shows it was purchased on the 15/08 and so does my invoice I received alongside the tablets and therefore I was too late to cancel. I called up my bank to find out there was a pending transaction for a months supply of both tablet cost around £90 each. which i couldn't do anything about. I called up the call centre (which i believe it forwarded on to another country even though its a 020 number for them to struggle to understand me. I sent a email with a copy of the invoices and bank statement to still receive no help whats so ever. I was told incorrect information and one guy even put the phone down on me. All I can say is do not put yourself in the same situation, there are better ways off loosing weight them buying tablets online. Biggest mistake I've ever done.
