I also ordered a free trial bottle from Australian and they have since charged me twice more without my authority, There is no contact number and I sent them an email which they responded with an automatic response saying they would get back to me within 24 hours which they obviously haven't done. This a a scam so beware. I have gone to the disputes department at my bank and my have to cancel my card.
