I applied for a loan and was told that I needed to make a collateral payment of $408 via Western Union. After making that payment I was told I needed to make an additional payment of $180. Again after making that payment I wad told to make another payment of $200. I then asked for a refund but was told I needed to wait 30 business days and it would be mailed to me. I still have not received my money. When calling the number on the loan agreement I reach a Sears customer representative.
