I have ordered a trial bottle on line. Few days after I have received it I have been charged $89.99 for another bottle which I have never received. I called them to return the LIPO SLIM trial bottle and have a reimbursement. They gave me a RMA number which is 11312132057949802. I have send it back to them on May 28, they have received it on June 5, 2013. I called them many times (at least 4 times)in June and July and they always tell me that their supervisor will call me back and they never call back.
I have read that many other customers has also complained about them and wish you could do something about this company. They are really unfair.
