We ordered 10,000 .40 brass and 10,000 9mm in February of 2013. We received the 9mm brass fairly quickly (within a couple weeks). We were happy with our first order so we then ordered 5000 380 brass and 5000 .45 brass. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth between us and Melissa "you are next in line" "we are shipping it soon" "we've got a shipment coming in soon" ....... JACKING US AROUND. We have yet to receive our 380 or 45 brass. We received half of the original .40 brass but it was in such bad shape that it is unuseable for us as licensed reloaders to sell to our customers. Melissa said that she would swap the bad brass for good brass, but we would be fools to send something back to them and then expect them to change it out for us. Just 2 weeks ago we received another email from melissa stating that they have a bulk amount of mixed brass for sale at $3.25 per pound. We immediately emailed her to send us the poundage for the $1220 that she owes us. She responded about an hour later with "I did not mean to confuse you, this is not something we have, but is something we are brokering for somebody else. I am still waiting on our shipment that contains your order. It is expected to arrive within one month is the last update I received." That email was 2 weeks ago on an order that we placed 6 or 7 months ago. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I hope Jeff and Melissa go to prison and (Inappropriate Content Removed) ....Are there any Pro-bono"er" attorneys that would like to start a class action suit against these two criminals.
