While attempting to purchase some spyware software, their site popped up as the download source with the actual vendors name attached. Only after purchasing and downloading what was alleged to be the software I wanted, did I receive an email welcoming me to Softwarepros. A service that appears to do nothing necessary for anyone. I immediately wrote customer support requesting a credit back to my charge card. A portion was refunded but a $9.99 "processing fee was kept. Nice trick, pose as a software provider then when you're discovered retain a $10 fee for processing. Who needs to sell anything.
