  • I understand your complaint completely. I recently went to a different Singles Connection web site and bought the 3 day $1.99 trial offer that was supposed to start auto billing at $99 every 45 days afterwards. I immediately was showing several responses but none of them were real. Before I knew it I was billed $99 because when I went to cancel my membership the only way to do it was to call a number which was shut down because it was after hours. Only once I was charged the premium did an option appear to just click and cancel it. I immediately went after them by phone to their support group. I was told that they would refund $25 back to me as a courtesy as long as I didn't pursue litigation. So I did under the stipulation that my account would close and there would be no more charges sent. I then went on to explain my issues with their site and that I would be happy to recommend them to my friends if I could just get it to work and then they said they would refund me $50. It's a highly visible site with commercials all over the TV and internet. I will not post their name while this is still pending with getting my money somewhat returned but it wasn't Zoosk it starts with a "M"and is 2 words. After reading this complaint I honestly believe all these dating sites are bogus.

  • Well I have to at least be happy that I got 1/2 of my money back and now that I did I will let everyone know the name of the site I am dealing with is called "Mates Mingle" Over a week and no activity whatsoever at this site. The same profiles keep popping up and nobody is ever online. I wouldn't recommend these sites to anyone.
