Bought a kitchen form these cowboys, the designer cocked it up from the start, offering us units the company don't supply, and ensuring certain parts were included in the price, which the company tried to charge us extra for on delivery (soft close hinges). I told the driver to put it all back in the van and go away, surprisingly enough he said his manager said we could have them as a good will gesture. Tit.
The same driver was supposed to bring us replacement parts a week later, he phoned me before 7am to check the postcode, but I didn't see the call until 10am, he then told me he hadn't delivered because he couldn't confirm the delivery postcode with me. The post code that was on the boxes. The postcode he delivered to a week before. Again, tit. Now waiting for the replacement parts, kitchen still not done because of this.
The units seem to be seconds, returns, or just plan (Inappropriate Content Removed). The website is (Inappropriate Content Removed) (should have been £850 for ours, it was over £2000), and if they are actually making their own units then their workers are rubbish.

CHECK all the units before signing for them. Most of our kitchen was damaged, the wrong colour (beech not white) wrong size, missing parts (no carousel), completely wrong units(shelves instead of drawers).

DO NOT pay the designer a deposit, he pockets that as commission. Pay by credit card, the price will be the same, and you will have protection. If they refuse to accept card payment just tell them to stick it, they want your money, and they will take it however they can.

MAKE SURE you know what's begin ordered, and that the plan can be read, ours was so badly written it was very difficult to read.

ORDER your kitchen well in advance of the fitting date as it will take you at least 2 weeks to sort out all the problems.

This company have cost us somewhere in the region of £500 in wasted days for the fitters, delays for plumber and electrician, and parts we've had to buy because the kitchen could not be fitted without them. I will be taking this company to the small claims court unless they compensate me beforehand
