I have recived letter from state lottery agent Mr BOESCH 1n 2005 to participate SKL 116 . I HAVE participate 1-6 CLASS , He sent a letter to me I won in 3 class. in 6th class he wrote this me as i quote ACTUALLY IN THE 6 CLASS I CAN DO NOTHING ELSE BUT WIN . I AM NOT AN ENGLISH MAN ,i requeting scambook community to help translate his statement, ihave wrote my complaints to German embassy ,Bavarie chancellor. ino body help me , they said ishould contact police. IAM requesting my prizrs from them or COMPENSATION
