While seeking assistance with installation issues of Avast Free Antivirus I called the above listed phone number. The person on line attempted to obtain remote access to my computer and personal information.Quickly I realized this sounded way too familiar to another time when I was victimized. So immediately I ceased the conversation with these people and began to research other reports of issues with these people. As a result I found the warnings and useful information posted on your site. Thank you for being here and helping to ward off the predatory behaviors of some of these companies that claim free service and to have the safety and interest of clients at heart. Once again it is saddening to find that caution must be used while even installing software designed to give us peace of mind and protection.
