I have had 4 deductions from my debit card in the last 4 months in the amount of $34.99 per month. I did not authorize these deductions and I constantly call their phone number which is 972-918-5251, no live person answers, I have left at least 100 messages to stop this action and I have never received a call or notification concerning this complaint. If it doesn't, I am going to contact the Federal Government.
