International boundaries
Purchased Metaburn and African Mango in August for cost of postage, as a one-off transaction. Nowhere on the site did it mention signing up for monthly payments or returning the trial packs, but four separate amounts were charged to my credit card between 30 August and 15 September.
I received the trial offer, which I have kept, and have since received an additional bottle of each - which I have immediately "returned to sender" marked "unsolicited delivery".
I have also complained to the Better Business Bureau in Utah (who seem to have other complaints relating to this company), and they are investigating. I urge other complainants to contact them also ([email protected]).
My bank has reversed the charges and is investigating. I have cancelled my credit card so that the company cannot make other charges on it and will keep returning the products if they keep sending them.
