Yes not happy with the way this company operates. I purchased the trial and 2 weeks later they had deducted $109 AU from my account for the second purchase before I had even received the trial product, let alone tried it! I can't find a phone number to contact them directly, I googled Diet9.Us, the one number I tried on a website was a different company offering something similar and they had no record of any purchase from me... Wish they would operate with some integrity!
