On 14th August 2013 (Mr. Debasis of Vacations Gateway) and informed that he was from FLIPKART and indicated that there is an OFFER (INDEPENDENCE DAY OFFER) is going on. The offer which was informed me over phone is “Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8)” the amount for this I have to pay is Rs. 15598/-. With respect to this he has sent me the Payment Gateway to make payment and also he has acknowledged the receipt of the payment. He has called to my mobile using the following numbers.
• +9759351923 received call at 01:46 p.m
• +21269578522 received call at 02:50 p.m
• +905617826451 received call at 03:04 p.m
• +59156628293 received call at 04:25 p.m
I checked with FLIPKART and they have informed me that they don’t have this type offer. On verifying his mail and came to their Company website, I also informed their Customer Services and the answer to my queries was not satisfactory. I have informed them, if the order is NOT FOR THE LAPTOP means and requested them to CANCEL THIS ORDER. This was also brought to the notice of FLIPKART also. If I don’t receive the payment, I have informed them that I will LODGE the COMPLAINT.

I am victim of the same company, i want to ask you one thing that haven't you made a police complain against VACATION GATEWAY
how could they fool peoples like this. this is serious and we have to make a police complain against them. lets send this people to jail
