On 7/25/2013 I placed an online order with Meds-Easy for $344.00. I purchased from them once before, Sept. 2012. That particular order did eventually arrive, but after a good few weeks or so & a couple exchanged emails & me telling them I'd report their company as fraudulent. The product I received then seemed to be legit & worked as it should've, which is why I took the chance again & reordered the same product again but even more quantity & price. Last year, I spent $264 & thankfully (eventually) received my product. This time (almost 1 mo. ago) I spent $344. Of course, they were quick to take my money from my acct. & said shipping would be very soon, follow,ed by a tracking #. After 10-11 days & still not receiving a tracking# or any confirmation it was shipped, I started emailing meds easy questioning the status/whereabouts of my product.
To date, I still haven't rec'd a tracking# or anything! The last email I got from Irie Miller was on Fri. August 16, 2013 @ 5:32am stating they're sorry for it taking so long, they're doing the best they can, & that they're not a fraud (as I told them they were!!) That same Friday afternoon after work, I went to check the meds easy website like I've been doing for weeks now and to my HORROR the website didn't even come up no matter how many times I typed it in, googled it in...whatever!! I kept getting the same thing saying, the server domain cannot be found. A little more poking around, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw some webpage announcement thing saying the name "meds easy" is for sale!!! Are you kidding me?!?! They are currently nowhere to be found on any website and all my "orders history" & other act information I established with them is now gone - vanished, obsolete, GONE!!! I did manage to take some screen shot pics of most of our emails AND of their meds easy. com site with my order history information on it. Luckily, I took those screen shots & have proof of my past order history with them. But..... Now What?? Will I ever get my money back from them or my bank? And how do I go about doing that? $344 is a lot of money for me to have someone steal and, never deliver the product & then jump ship and leave me abandoned. I'm beyond livid. I'm sick to my stomach! Any real, legitimate & honest help would be appreciated!
