I bought 39 Cellphones from China Jiaking Technology company Ltd. I was dealing with Tobi Lee -The Business Manager. I paid money on the 5th of July 2013 and they confirmed receiving my money on 11 July 2013. They then told me that they had sent my consignment on 15 July 2013, giving me the following tracking number RB565810655CN. I received a postal order on 1 August 2013 and i was not in Zimbabwe so then I collected the parcel on 8 August 2013 only to find 6 EARPHONES ONLY as the parcel was marked GIFT. I then queried our postal agency who then did their own investigation and told me that there was only one parcel to the tracking provided. I then tried to call the cell and telephone numbers provided on the website and their other documents. the numbers where not answered, also my emails were not responded to since raising a query on product delivery . In all my dealings I was contacting Tobi Lee.
