its been going on for 1 1/2 years. i answer a question in a survey. then they called me and i only agreed to a trail thing for 1.92 thats all. i didn't notice at first but after they charged my card the second time i called and cancelled. but they didn't cancel. they continued charging my card i would call both them and my card to cancel. until i had to stop my card and open an new acct. in the meantime i'm out all that money they never gave me a user name or password. and until i get my new acct and card my money is blocked.
