I was charged $19.08 for a call that went to voicemail and was less than a minute long. I called to verify the charges and was told that was a standard charge and I could have asked about rates before being connected. I informed him the staff should inform consumers about the rates before taking their information and connecting them to the number. The agent was rude and did not waste time connecting me. I feel I was ripped off and I don't believe that any phone call less than a minute should cost $19.08, EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company sucks (Inappropriate Content Removed)and is definitely on my do not use ever again list!
