He is arrogant rude to customers and should be enrolled into a diplomatic course not that it would help his attitude.
anyone getting involved with this company will for sure lose there money, and not receive what they think is a bargain kitchen.
The units are of poor quality as are the fittings, if your lucky enough to get any!
This company is run by crooks cash only tax evaders cash or bankers drafts says it all.
Why don't they take credit cards be cause they cant get the facility to do so,be warned do not deal with this cowboy outfit, you will lose all your money.

- I have been on the phone for most of yesterday and today, I have now got the correct address to be able to take this complaint forward, on your planner the. Wrong address is on there, I'm happy to give anyone the correct address for you to be able to send recorded or writs to the company , they are a scam, a call centre is employed to take your calls, the one good thing all calls have to be logged, so you will be able to use this to your advantage, my kitchen is not fit for use, they have breeched my contract and I'm doing a credit search to see who is being used as a MD.

- Under no circumstances should you use this company, they are crooks, the customer sales women are rude ill bred ignorant individuals in need of training is basic skills, you will get no satisfaction. Take my advice and share this, do not deal with them, email is inactive address is wrong, I do now have the correct postal address for anyone wanting it.

- Hiya glendis.had thes cowboys round mine yesterday.my partner gave a cash deposit which we already know is gone as the reps commision.we would like to cancel now as it was a rash descision made worse by pushy salesman.would you be able to supply me with the correct billing address for thos cowboy firm please?going to send a copy of cancellation letter to address on design drawing but according to many this has not resolved anything.thankyou for your time and help.much appreciated (Personal Information Removed)
