A number of years ago I cancelled my subscription for the provision of a monthly 'Realplayer' Audio enhancement software program for my (then) computer. This computer and the software program have long since been relegated to the garbage bin.
Despite this, and my email cancellation of the software subscription several years ago, this company have continued to steal money every month from my credit card account ($4.95 USD monthly over several years!) The latest deduction caused a block to be placed on my credit card making it unusable. My bank could not explain why this happened and are currently "investigating" fraudulent activity.
Hey, REALPLAYER, I want ALL of my money back !!
