I made a purchase through a separate site that accepted payment through Ecmcpal. It seemed very similar to paypal and seemed legit. After making my payment, which Ecmcpal says was successful, I keep receiving emails from the merchant site that they never received any payment. I tried contacting ECMCPal, through their complain button and offline chat message, but never get any response.
It very much seems Ecmcpal is a scam, do not use this site to pay for anything or deposit any money.
