I ordered a free sample of this product, paying only the postage costs (2x £2.99 - I will use British £'s as this is what I paid in)
I stupidly did not read the small print, where it apparently says you must cancel with 21 days or they keep sending you the stuff.
(The product is rubbish, it gave me stomach cramps for the 3 days I used it and did no good whatsoever)
I found out on the 30th of July that I had been billed for another shipment, £83.40, and immediately sent them an email stating that I did not order, or ever wish to receive, any further products.
I received an email confirming receipt and saying that they would reply in 1-3 business days.
A second email the following week received the same standard reply but I have never heard from them.
I spoke to one of their telephone advisers today, she said that my account had been closed and they would send me a cheque for $60 as a partial refund. I agreed to accept this
I then checked my banking online and was FURIOUS to discover that they have charged me another £82.40 today.
A second call to their advisers ended with some guy called Anthony telling me that no further refunds would be made, even thought he agreed that my account should have been closed on the 30th of July and they did not bill my account until the 6th of August!!!
Please help.
Does anyone know how to get money back from these people?
Is there a Facebook campaign I can share to make sure nobody else signs up for this?
