On 6/24/2013 I ordered via a special promotion thru the Internet, samples of two products. One called Dermaskin antiaging and the other Bioskin Eye Cream. I authorized my debit card to be charged 4.95 for each but no other purchased.
I recently received a box from the company containing no paperwork but a jar of RVTL Anti Aging cream. I did not order this product! And my debit card was charged on 7/10/13 the amount of $93.00.
Also on 7/10/13 my card was charged another $99.00- for Bioskin Eye Cream...which I did not order. I have not received this box.
Then on 7/25/13 my debit card was charged another $99.95 for Anti Ageing Serum...something I did not authorize!!!!
I am sending bac the RVTL crem at my own expense.
I want these charged reversed and a guarantee I will not recieve any other charges or shipments.
This company is fraudulent. Plus, no paperwork came with the box, no receipt, no customer service number.
Please help.
