Charge showed up through my debit card for $4.95, called the number they listed on the charge 877-538-7559. They asked for my name and address to look up what I ordered, since obviously I didn't have a order number (I had been out of town and hadn't done any online orders). The gentleman said I had place an order online and that they had same shipping address I just gave them. I explained I hadn't ordered anything online and what else do they show I gave them (information wise) so I could figure out who had fradulently used my info. He hung up on me. Searched online, many people noted they ordered samples and the company continues to charge them $75-$150 that they do not authorize. Since this was happening to people who did initialize an original purchase, I knew I was in for trouble since I didn't initiate anything. Contacted my bank to report the fraud. They reversed the $4.95 and filed a fraud charge against the company. Today (8/12) I received what I will assume is the package (I am not opening it, but I didn't order anything) AND it was shipped to a previous address I haven't lived in in 5 months! So obviously they were NOT given the shipping address I had them look up my "order" with like they said they did...and obviously I would not order something to be sent to an address I do not live at. Needless to say, took a picture of this package with my "Refused, Return to Sender" and bank cancelled my debit card so they can't make future authorized charges on my account.
