Was told that I was approved for $10000.00 loan but needed to send first three payments upfront via western union to Brian Jeffreys in Ontario Canada. Doug Waters, David Avenue and everyone else at this company are scam artists. They have a website which looks legimate, but it is not. Once they get your money and you ask for a refund, they block your telephone number from going through.
