sent away for a sample of there liftsurm that did not arrive at all after paying for the postage then on the 8/7/2013 they took £85 from my account this £85 is my independent livivng allowance i am a disabled lady in her mid 50s and i most certainly cannot afford to loss this money how do i get the money owed to me back
