I contacted them in February of 2013. I saw the add on craigslist and when I called looking for rentals they explained to me that they have a list of homes that you can speak with the homeowners about renting and even option to buy. Then when I logged in the site i realized the homeowners had no idea they were on a list etc. I called back and they refused to refund my money!
