TALK TO WARREN AT EQUINOX ON 8/5/13 IN REGARD TO THE CHARGING $99 & $ 93 TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE FOR ANTI-AGING CREME AND DAY & NIGHT SERUM. IF I WAS TOLD IT COST THIS MUCH WOULD HAVE NOT DID THE OFFER. WARREN WAS RUDE, SAID IT WAS 14 DAY TRIAL. DID NOT RECEIVE PRODUCT PRODUCTS TIL AFTER JULY 25, 2013. AT WHICH TIME WAS NOT TOLD THE AMOUNT WOULD BE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT. HE WOULD NOT LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. I HAVE DISPUTED THIS WITH MY BANK. THIS IS, I THINK A FRAUD AND A SCAM!!!!!
