I have noticed a regular payment from my credit card of GBP 6.95 which began on 12/08/2012. I have never authorized this, nor does any program of this name appear anywhere on my PC so I have no idea how to use it (if it were actually there). Can you get these charges stopped and if possible the stolen money refunded?
