I had been searching on the net for home improvement loans and cash loan usa u and offered me a loan saying i qualified for 5000 if I would put 354 on a money pack green dot and I right out asked him if he was going to turn around and take the money that i put on this card. He said oh no we are not allowed to that.Long story short he took the money off the card and now says i owe taxes on 5 grand i never even got and the +money + is frozen until i pay an extra 187 in taxes. Now they are ignoring my calls.
