I was billed $69.12 on 8/1/2013 by these folks.
When they finally answered the phone, I informed them of their billing and they had five days to credit my credit card before I take action of my own.
The person on the phone quickly agreed to credit my card for the $60.12.
She then wanted to discuss what I will need to do to return what STR sent. She was told STR sent material that was unsolicited and I would get around to sending it back when I return to the States in 3 month and that I wasn't required to return qany item I never ordered.
Nice to read that a company as yours is looking out for those who aren't able to handle their own affairs!
