I was contacted this co.was told by them that they had someone that was interested in buying my time share in New York,I was informed that they got my name from a list of timeshare owners and call around to owners to see if they were interested in selling. They find vacation home for customers who do not want to spend time looking. I asked a lot of questions they sound professional and had no problem reaching them when ever i called to ask questions, i also check with the better business bureau on line and they had a AAA- rating since 9/2011, and the also had testimonal on a sight. It was explane to me how it worked and once the buyer agreed to the price they would email me an agreement stating what they told me. I was to sign it and send them a ck for the lawyer fees, title search,title change and other legal fees. The cost was $1536.00, once they received the cashier ck, personal ck, or money order i would receive a call, following a email in 10 day concerning the progress and it wold take 30-90 day before everything was final. Once i did not hear from them i call the number and kept getting a vocie mail saying everyone was busy and they would get back to me. before then i had no problem reaching them so i had my daughter call them from a different number and i was on 3 way, they were not so eager to talk to me. I as for the sale person i had been talking with and was told he worked in customer service and she would have him call me concerning the progress of my sale. later that day i received an email letting we no where they were in my case but the person signing the note was not the person they told me would be contacting and the person on the phone gave me a different name from the first time i talked to her because i reconize her voice. there are a lot of people out there who have been scam by this co. the is a sight with other people who have been scam by this co and belive they are conected with Red line co. that is doing the same thing.
