I ordered this product for my grandmother after she saw an advertisement on TV. We paid $200.00 for the product, but when it was delivered, there was still a COD balance (of $200.00) on it, so the postal service took it back. We contacted the company MANY times and kept being told the same thing - that they were shipping it again (this time, without a COD). Of course, it never came. I have been placed on 'hold' for a ridiculous amount of time and have also been hung up on several times. In fact, one representative told me that the package WAS sent and possibly could have been "taken by someone else without us knowing". I told her that I live in a building in NY and the United States Postal Service does not leave the package on your door - they would leave a note telling you that they attempted to deliver the package, but no one was home. Her response was "well, if you live in a GOOD neighborhood, they normally leave it at your door". At this point, I was furious, since the representative was inadvertently trying to tell me that I do not live in a good neighborhood and THAT'S why I haven't received the last 2-3 "deliveries" that they've made. When I asked for my money back, she told me that she was sorry she couldn't assist me any further and tried to hang up on me. I told her NOT to hang up on me, and asked if I would be receiving a refund, and when the refund would be taking place. She told me it would take about 3 days-depending on the bank that I have. I then asked her again (to record it and also to make sure) "so, I should be expecting a refund, right?"... and, she HUNG UP on me. I called back and spoke to a representative who told me that she had spoken to a supervisor and someone would be calling me back. I advised her that I had heard this before, to no avail, because no one ever called me back. She then asked me to be patient and wait for someone to call me back (which, by the way, NO ONE DID). I called back after doing some research and coming across many complaints of fraud. Someone named Rebecca picked up the phone and when I asked her what the name of the company was, she hung up on me. I called back, and spoke to someone else who told me it was "Cas Corp". I tried to research it online, but didn't find any information, so I called back to ask for their address... Rebecca picked up the phone again, and when I asked her for the address, she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back a third time and this time spoke to someone else, this representative was only "allowed to give me their P.O. Box" address, which was of no help. No one returned my money, nor did I ever receive the package.
