I believed I was using the offical dhs.gov ESTA visa site. I've used it before and it is identical, this company do not mention any service provision or charge, it pretends to be the real site. It is in reality just a link to the application form which they then forward electronically. An absolute con. They had no value to the chain whatsoever, if anything just another chink in the chain that could actually delay the process.
After filling out the application I and payment details I waited for the usual confirmation, receipt etc. but nothing. A few days later the amount of GBP 45.95 left my account. Not the expected USD 14. I emailed Debbie Pearson of ESTA.co.uk to ask how and why but have received nothing back. At no stage was a payment / charge mentioned and at no stage did I ever get a receipt of confirmation for the amount paid.

Appalling people. You shoud be ashamed of yourselves!!!
