I had a call from their customer service selling me a $99 dollars return tickets anywhere in Australia, and i can use it within 2 years. She asked how many people will be travelling and i said 8. She offered me 8 tickets for $400 including free accommodation of up to 24 nights, and i don't have to use it all at once. When they called to make and confirm my booking they said accommodation is not included. Am not sure what to do now because i cant afford to pay for the accommodation. Getaway Escape have no morals, dishonest and they don't care who they hurt financially. Please someone has to do something to stop what Getaway Escape is doing to people who are struggle financially.
