was awarded a contract for the purchase of THANH HOANG VU TRADING SERVICE PRODUCTION CO.,LTD and SELLER «NINGBO CHIMEI PLASTIC CO., LIMITED» AS & ABS RESIN (the goods). In accordance with packing list NCP130615 on June 15th, 2013 «NINGBO CHIMEI PLASTIC CO., LIMITED»
delivered goods with a total USD26,010. As the Aricle3 of the contract
value of the goods was by T/T in advance (deposite 30% of contract value before shipment & balance 70% of contract value will be made against the B/L copy) in favor of beneficiary:NINGBO CHIMEI PLASTIC CO., LIMITED

To Artical 6 «NINGBO CHIMEI PLASTIC CO., LIMITED» obliged to compensate s sum equivalent 10% of the contract value.Based on the foregoing, we ask you to voluntarily replace the non-conforming goods the appropriate and to pay damages, the above and to pay a fine or return the money for the goods, indemnify and paying a fine by transferring these sums of money to the following bank account:
