Been on Our Time site since this past winter & noticed that I was auto charged for another 6 months on July 22,2013. I am currently pursuing a relationship & closed my acct on July 25, 2013 since I will not be utilizing the site. While balancing my check book acct other evening is when I noticed the auto payment so I attempted to call but received recording that it was after business hours. Today I called 888-892-2065 & spoke to Dave & explained I just saw auto charge & I closed acct recently so I requested a refund since I will not be using the site in the near future & I was told no refund policy. I asked to speak to the supervisor & was transferred to John & I explained the above mentioned to John & that I would at least expect 5 mos refunded since the just took auto payment for 6 months & John informed me that he could not provide me with any refund. I told them I'd pay for a month since I didn't realize auto pay was when I closed my acct. I do expect that they would be descent enough to refund at least 5 of the 6 mos that they just auto renewed.
