I accepted a free sample of AuraVie after completing a survey online. I only had to pay $1.75 shipping and $1.20 for ebooks. The product arrived with a $0.00 balance due invoice. A few weeks later, my credit card was charged $97.88 for a "recurring charge". When I called the company, they claimed I had agreed to a "10 day risk free trial" and I was charged for the product I had already received. This is fraud. There was no indication on the website of it being a "free-trial" and at no time did I authorize them to charge my card for $97.88. They refused to take the sample back and issue a refund. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge on the basis of fraud.

  • I got ripped off too - same company different name - I have filed a complaint here too. Secret Service told me to file at IC3.GOV -- it will get results right away -- and have bank/cc remove charges for fraud/unauthorized
