I ordered a pair of high heels online. I ordered 65mm heels and received the wrong product (90mm heels) that were SO POORLY made that I wouldn't ever wear them anyway, and the company is refusing to provide the address for returns and is not allowing me to get the refund I am entitled to. The shoes were nothing like how they were advertised on their website.They only have email contact and will not provide the address or the refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SITES. They have no contact numbers. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!
Update: 08/02/2013
Still no contact from the company, trading as www.shoesalesus.com. They refuse to provide me with address to return the incorrect item. I have paid in full and they also refusing to issue me full refund, which is clearly stated on their website.
