I bought a kitchen from Lanchashire Interior Home design. At point of deliver ywe were told they will call back two days later to ensure there are no missing parts and the kitchen is fine. I wish I had acknowledged the reviews of the poor service this company gives and not gone with them.
The most poor customer service is given to the customers its just unbelievable. The sales person Alan S messed up our kitchen design and now it's becoming really difficult to get hold of these fools because they have a so called customer service desk which just never seems to pick up the phone.
People, do not buy your kitchen from this company. They are not professional what so ever. Even customer services do not have a professional behaviour and are very rude.
